Back-end generated route-specific barcodes in bulk, merged into branded boarding pass templates for print-shop production as physical notepads. Validation hardware (Android tablet + barcode reader) installed in each trolley to scan passes at boarding. Designed around an elderly, technology-averse ridership who expected a tangible ticket.
Mobile Concierge — Waikiki Business Improvement District (WBIDA) (2012–2020) Internal field operations app for WBIDA’s Aloha Ambassadors — used to log activity notes and submit maintenance/service requests dispatched to internal teams or escalated to the City of Honolulu.
